April 1, 2020
To our valued Vendors and Delegates,
These are surely uncertain times. While many in our industry continue with our usual responsibilities, many others are facing restrictions, travel bans and different levels of quarantine.
There is no definitive end to the impact of this current pandemic. The residual effects promise to be a challenge for the entire country, both financially and socially, for the foreseeable future.
The MPC board hoped to be able to move ahead with our scheduled 2020 conference up until a few weeks ago. As you are aware the national health situation has become extremely tentative.
Based on the current conditions, and the MPC boards best guess for the near future, we feel the most responsible decision for 2020 is to cancel the conference and focus on 2021.
We appreciate the overwhelming support all of you have shown the MPC board through these difficult times. Please keep us on your schedule, and included in your budgets, for 2021. We are fully committed to continue on and we have a signed agreement for the 2021 conference.
We thank you for your understanding and any and all deposits will be refunded. Please take a moment to cancel any reservations that you have with the Saddlebrook resort.
May you and your families be safe and healthy.
